Description
The apple cider distillate has an amber color, a fine aroma with nuances of ripeness and apple dessert, an extractive taste with a long and pleasant aftertaste. The brand was created in 2013.
Production techniques
traditional Moldovan apple varieties were used for distillation. Produced from apple cider distillates matured for at least 7 year.
Serving
It's served at a temperature of ~22°С, excellent as a digestif after meals rich in meat, smoked meats or fatty fish. In special cases it can be served plain or with ice, in a "Rocks" or "Snifter" glass.
