    Craftsmanship

The same seven steps, for eight decades

Behind every year in the chronology lies the same process. From vine to glass, the order has never changed — engraved, like a promise, on the lids of the house’s barrels: the vineyard, the harvest, the processing, the distillation, the ageing, the blend, the taste.

    Today

    The story continues

From the first gold medal in 1965 to IWSC gold in 2026, from the Protected Geographical Indication IGP Divin to the status of national cultural heritage — the same distillery, the same patience.

Eight decades written here. The rest is being written now.

Every year in the chronology was a choice: to distil with patience, not in haste. The choice remains the same today, in every barrel laid down to age.
