Description
The apple cider distillate has a fine aroma with hints of candied royal apples, which harmonizes with the soft and balanced taste, which ultimately leaves a pleasant, sweet-bitter aftertaste. The brand was created in 2019.
Production techniques
traditional Moldovan apple varieties were used for distillation. Produced from apple cider distillates matured for at least 15 years.
Serving
Serve at a temperature of ~22°С with white meat and game, salmon, mature cheese, nuts, fresh and dried fruits, chocolate. It can be enjoyed plain, perfect as an aperitif or at the end of the meal, as a digestif. It looks good, served in a "tulip" or "Snifter" glass.
