Description
The divin has an amber color, a fine aroma of flowers with slight nuances of resins and dark chocolate, a soft, elegant taste, which constitutes the crown of a unique harmony of the qualities of the divin "Sofia".
Production techniques
the varieties used for distillation were Aligote, Feteasca Albă, Rkatsiteli. Produced from distillates for divin aged for at least 33 years.
Serving
It's recommended to serve at a temperature of 20–22°C, in a "Cognac" glass, leaving the divin for a few minutes to breathe before tasting. Thus, the aromas develop gradually, and each sip reveals new nuances and sensations. It pairs perfectly with dark chocolate, coffee, pralines.
